Add milk, eggs, mix, & make!
Empty your mix into a medium mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine two eggs and one cup of milk. Stir in your egg and milk mixture into the dry ingredients. If your batter is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of additional milk to reach your desired consistency.
Add clarified butter or cooking spray to a hot griddle or pan. Then drop 1/4 cup of pancake and waffle mixture on and flip when bubbles form and the edges of the cakes appear dry. Cook until golden brown. Serve warm with butter and our Cherry-Infused Maple Syrup!
